日榮新化株式会社 NEION Film Coatings Corp,

celebrating our 60th anniversary in Japan, is a specialized manufacturer engaged in a wide range of coating technologies.
The company develops, manufactures, and sells adhesive films consisting of a three-layer structure: a surface substrate, an adhesive, and a release liner.

Customization Technology

One of our key strengths lies in our ability to provide customized adhesive processing technologies that meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Six fonctions de base

By freely combining a wide range of adhesives — such as acrylic, urethane, and silicone — with various base materials including PET, PP, and synthetic paper, we are able to deliver products optimized for performance and specific usage conditions.

We offer flexible support from prototyping to mass production and respond precisely to requests for small-lot or special-specification products.

To date, we have designed and developed more than 20,000 different products.

We are perfectly positioned to provide optimal adhesive solutions.

The possibilities are infinite!

  • Products developed per year 80,000products
  • Prototypes per year 1,200prototypes

Detailed customization is possible, including the thickness and adhesive strength of the base material (film), adhesive, and release paper (film)!

Adhesive processing technology

Pattern adhesion, dot adhesion, matrix (air-free) adhesion ... etc.

Coloring technology

We are capable of applying colors to transparent adhesives for easy differentiation, adjusting coloration and shading based on our knowledge and coating technologies cultivated over our long history.

Coating technology

Matte coating, ink jet absorbing layer coating, special coating, embossing ... etc.

Functionalization technology

Heat shielding, concealability, ultraviolet ray blocking, flame retardance, conductivity, alkali solubility ... etc.

Many other service options are available. Please contact us for a consultation.

Closed Recycling System for label release liners

We make closed recycling possible by replacing standard label release liners with label release liners designed specifically for recycling, achieving a reduction in both waste products and CO2 emissions.

Ranked second in the world under WorldStar Global Packaging Awards 2025 Sustainability

At the awards ceremony for the WorldStar 2025 Sustainability Special Award hosted by the World Packaging Organization (WPO) in Milano, Italy, on May 30, 2025, our initiative, “The First Application of Japan’s Resource Recycling Project to Pharmaceutical Packaging”, received the Silver Award in the special Sustainability Award category.

COemissions reduction volume

Calculation model based on the testing program of the Ministry of the Environment.

COemissions reduction effect

The graph on the right shows an principle example of the COemissions reduction effect calculated for this project under a testing program by the Ministry of the Environment (domestic numbers for Japan).

A : Raw materials procurement B : Transportation C : Waste and recycling D : New materials procurement

These results compare the total COemissions volume based on the product LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) between the use of conventional release paper and dedicated recycling base paper, and do not denote the superiority or inferiority of the products themselves. Note that the product LCA is calculated according to the following unique assumptions.
• The amount of activity is calculated based on the weight per m2 of label material. • Not all uses are calculated among the processes in the product LCA. • The transport and manufacturing of the raw materials, products, and waste are all calculated according to the same conditions.
• "New materials procurement" compares the production of new dedicated recycling base paper using raw material from recycled base paper that has been recovered versus the production of the same area in square meters of release paper from virgin materials.
• The basic unit DB is mainly based on IDEA, which was selected internally by companies participating in the project.
